• Understand the link between NEPA decisions and project implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to action.

• Reviewing how Records of Decision (RODs), Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSIs), and Environmental Assessments (EAs) translate into action.

• Aligning NEPA Decisions with Agency Directives

• Understanding how agency policies, funding mechanisms, and planning processes influence project implementation.

• Developing Effective Implementation Strategies

• Identifying best practices for transitioning from the decision-making phase to execution.
